How to proceed when there's a Financial Hold on your account.

If there is a financial hold on your account, you will see this warning. Click "Details" to see more information about your specific holds. finhold.gif

Any payments you make cannot be applied to registration fees until you pay past due balances and/or clear the hold.

Financial hold
You will be taken to Financial Services Quick Search where you can see the details of your hold and what you should do about it.

If there is a zero amount associated the hold, you must contact the originating department to have the hold cleared.

If there is a past-due amount, you must pay it before you can register.

In addition, you may see other charges that are billed through Campus Billing Services. These are "current" amounts that you may pay now, or any time before the due date.

Click "Make a Payment."

You will be asked to read and accept the terms and conditions for use of this Website. Click "I Accept" and then "OK."  
Here you see the amounts you can pay.

Place your cursor over a Payment Type description to see more detail. Click the checkbox to select or deselect a payment. You cannot change any amount. You can only select or deselect the payment.

Click "Update Total" to be sure the Total Payment amount is correct, then click "Continue." qspmtamt.gif

After you have confirmed that you want to make a payment of the specified amount, click "Submit."

If you have already signed up with the Net.Pay service, you will be taken to the page where you can make your payment.  
If you have not already signed up with the Net.Pay service, you will be taken to Step 1 of the Sign Up process, the terms and conditions for the payment processing service, Net.Pay.

When you have completed this payment and cleared the financial hold, you may return to your ZOT Account Online to continue making payments.
